Returns & Exchange

Here at DROPSMOKE, we have a 7 day return/exchange window. Customers have 7 days from the date of receipt of the product to initiate the return or exchange process. Once the product has been in the customer's possession for more than 7 days, it is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange for another product. If a customer wishes to initiate the return/exchange process, they must contact us within the 7 day window at info@dropsmoke.com to receive return instructions. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges for returned or exchanged merchandise, including the cost of shipping the newly exchanged item back to the customer. All items must be postmarked back to us within 5 business days of receiving the return authorization. 

The cost of the item being returned will be refunded minus any shipping costs in the original form of payment. We take pride in the products we sell here at Dropsmoke.com, and we ask that you do the same. If you decide to return merchandise within the 7 days of purchase, and it comes back with scratches/ding/dents/used coils, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

All Dropsmoke devices are covered under a 30 Day manufacturers defect warranty. Under this warranty, If your device has a manufacturers defect, you will receive a replacement of a new device. It is solely within the discretion of Dropsmoke to determine whether a claimed defect is considered to be a “manufacturing defect”. Not covered by manufacturers defect can be any of the following:

·        Customer misuse of device (use of device with not the proper tank or batteries)

·        Customer neglect of device (dropped, fell, knocked over etc.)

·        Device is saturated with liquid

Devices not manufactured by Dropsmoke are covered under their perspective manufacturers warranty and the manufacturer would need to be contacted for warranty information. 

All liquid products including Dropsmoke juice, atomizers, tanks or cartomizers are considered consumables and therefore are not returnable/refundable or exchangeable regardless of whether or not they have been opened or used.

All Sale/Clearance merchandise is FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items.
