    We usually ship within 24 hours for orders placed Monday through Thursday but please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be shipped.

    Due to no shipping on Saturdays, orders placed on Friday may not be shipped until the following Monday but we'll try our hardest to get them out to you as quickly as possible..
     
    Holidays will always cause a shipping delay since they're Holidays :)

     

  • My Order Never Arrived

     

    First track your order in ‘my account’. If you're tracking information says that it have been delivered, notice sent, or seems to be shipping to the wrong place; please contact your local Post Office or UPS. 

    Feel free to contact customer service at any time, we will be happy to look into where your package is.

     

  • My Order is missing an item

     

    Go to dropsmoke.com, and then go to ‘my account’. Click on the order with the missing item. Inside your order, towards the bottom right there is a button, create a RMA, click that. Inside RMA fill out what you were missing, and submit. One of our specialists will look over the RMA and contact you either via email or phone, and we will correct this as quickly as possible.

     

  • How do I track my order?

     

    To track your order go to dropsmoke.com, then go to my account. Find the order you want to track and click on the order number. Inside your order click on the tracking number. This will take you to a page that directly connects with either the USPS or Fedex, and that will give you up to date information.

    USPS Tracking number isn't really tracking, it's a delivery confirmation number.. There may be a scan here or there that shows package movement but not always.. 
     
    In addition there is a document called the 'Scan Form' that is a manifest of packages that were shipped on a given day.
     
    When the 'Scan Form' is printed and scanned by USPS it will show that we have handed the package(s) over to them for delivery.. 'Scan Form' printing cutoff time is 11pm EST and unfortunately sometimes we miss it so a package may only show 'Electronic Info Received' until it reaches your local Post Office or your location..
