  • My Order Never Arrived

    First track your order in ‘my account’. If you're tracking information says that it have been delivered, notice sent, or seems to be shipping to the wrong place; please contact your local Post Office or UPS. 

    Feel free to contact customer service at any time, we will be happy to look into where your package is.

  • My Order is missing an item

    Go to dropsmoke.com, and then go to ‘my account’. Click on the order with the missing item. Inside your order, towards the bottom right there is a button, create a RMA, click that. Inside RMA fill out what you were missing, and submit. One of our specialists will look over the RMA and contact you either via email or phone, and we will correct this as quickly as possible.

  • How do I track my order?

    To track your order go to dropsmoke.com, then go to my account. Find the order you want to track and click on the order number. Inside your order click on the tracking number. This will take you to a page that directly connects with either the USPS or Fedex, and that will give you up to date information.

    USPS Tracking number isn't really tracking, it's a delivery confirmation number.. There may be a scan here or there that shows package movement but not always.. 
     
    In addition there is a document called the 'Scan Form' that is a manifest of packages that were shipped on a given day.
     
    When the 'Scan Form' is printed and scanned by USPS it will show that we have handed the package(s) over to them for delivery.. 'Scan Form' printing cutoff time is 11pm EST and unfortunately sometimes we miss it so a package may only show 'Electronic Info Received' until it reaches your local Post Office or your location..

  • How is it healthier than regular smoking

    Dropsmoke products are a great alternative to smoking because... * NO TAR * NO TOBACCO * NO ADDITIVES cigarette smoke contains tar and 100's of chemical additives. The 10 levels of nicotine that is available with Dropsmoke Juice allows you to 'get off' nicotine without any withdrawal symptoms.

  • How long does one 5ML bottle last for?

    One 5ML bottle last on average 4-7 Days (also depending on how much you 'smoke' it)

  • How long do the batteries last? The little white cap covering the atomizer is garbage after opening the package?

    The batteries should last you a full day on a single charge. we do sell extra sets of batteries, for more info on extra sets of batteries follow this link: EXTRA BATTERIES


    The little white cover on top of the atomizer is garbage, but some customers keep it and use it as a cover for the tip.

  • How do i know when to put in more drops in my atomizer?

    The atomizer is the heating element responsible for vaporizing the liquid, and generally consists of a simple filament and wicking metal mesh to draw the liquid in.


    IMPORTANT ATOMIZER TIPS:

    You atomizer is the heating element. 

    It has a filament inside that creates the vapor. 

    If there is no juice inside, the atomizer will 'burn-out'. 

    If there is too much juice, it will flood the atomizer. 

    If you press the device button and you don't 'puff', it will also 'burn-out'

    'Rule of thumb': Three drops of juice is like your cigarette, 8-12 puffs. No need to sit there and count, if you feel the flavor waning, add three more drops. Yes, you will taste the difference between the flavor and the empty atomizer.

    Proper care of your atomizer will ensure that it lasts long.

  • If you smoke an ultra-light cigarette, what is the best level to choose?

    We recommend the following:

    For a full flavor smoker: level 18-20-24

    For a lights smoker: level 10-12-15

    For an ultra lights smoker: level 4-6-8

    Each individual has a different tolerance to the levels. 

  • Does it contain nicotine?

    Level 0 does NOT contain Nicotine. 

    All other levels (4,6,8,10,12,15,18,20 & 24) contain nicotine

  • What's the difference between atomizer and cartomizer?

    An atomizer you will smoke the 3 Drops at a time. 

    The cartomizer you can fill with almost half of a 5ml bottle and continuously smoke it (every now and then we recommend that you top it off with a little more juice - so the cotton inside doesn't burn)

    The Atomizer is by far a better taste and feel... the cartomizers and tanks are more of a convenience.

  • I just received my Dropsmoke big guy Kit. How do I turn it on? How do I turn it off? Do I need to hold the button when I pull on it?

    • Fully recharge the batteries prior to first use.  Recharge time will generally be 3-5 hours for a full charge
    • Unscrew the silver bottom of the Big Guy device and insert the batteries
    • Screw the cover back on to the Big Guy
    • Unwrap the atomizer and remove the rubber covering
    • Drip in 3 drops of juice in to the top of the atomizer
    • Put the Tip on to the top of the atomizer (you may have to push it in to make sure it’s flush)
    • Screw the Atomizer on to the Big Guy
    • Screw the Cone/Cover over the Atomizer and on to the Big Guy
    • To vape, hold down the button on the side of the Big Guy and draw in like a regular cigarette.  Hold the button down until you finish taking a draw and then let go of the button.

  • What is the difference between the kits that you offer? Which kit one should i choose?

    About our kits:

    Shorty kit: 3.7v device, great for a casual smoker. Works great with the
    shorty tank to reduce the need to 'drip' the juice in the atomizer. 

    Big Guy kit: regulated 5v device, gives an amazing amount of smoke.
    Streamline design. Is great for someone who smokes on a daily basis.

    Monster kit: powerful 6v device. Unmatched durability with the tremendous
    amount of smoke makes this device truly incredible.

    I like to say:

    A 10 second puff with the shorty is like a 5 second puff with the Big Guy
    and is like a 3 second puff with the Monster. 
    The difference in the voltage will translate into more smoke. 

  • Why does the LED blink even when batteries are fully charged?

    The button LED light may blink even with full batteries for one of the following reasons:

    • Batteries are drained and not holding a charge any longer (batteries usually last 2-6 months) keep in mind, if you are using your device, you are constantly draining and charging the batteries. Each time you drain the batteries the next time you recharge them - they hold a little bit less charge.
    • The atomizer or tank may not be the proper atomizer or tank for your device. If not the proper tank (IE: shorty atomizer on Big Guy Device) the LED light will blink.
    • The last reason is one that you do not want to happen...... Water, juice or any type of liquid may have gotten inside the button/regulator area and messed it up. the only fix for this is to send in the device and have it repaired (If it can be) or purchase a solo device.

    Dropsmoke warranties all our devices under a 30 day manufacturers defect warranty.
